Refund and Returns Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, please submit your request within 7 days of the date you received your package.
Return Eligibility To qualify for a return, your product must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, including all original tags and packaging. Please ensure you have your receipt or valid proof of purchase available.
How to Initiate a Return To begin the process, please email us at info@zataskincare.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and specific instructions on how to send your items back to our facility located at Sargodha Road, Faisalabad, Pakistan. Please be aware that we cannot process returns for items sent back without prior authorization.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Please carefully examine your order when it arrives. Should you discover any defects, damages, or receive the incorrect product, contact us right away so we can investigate the situation and provide a solution.
Non-Returnable Items Certain products are excluded from our return policy, including but not limited to:
Perishable goods: Such as flowers, food, or plants.
Customized items: Including special orders or personalized products.
Personal care & beauty products: Due to hygiene standards.
Hazardous items: Such as flammable gases or liquids.
Sale items and Gift cards: We are unable to accept returns for these items.

Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return your current product and place a new, separate order once the return is processed.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within a 14-day window for any reason. Your item must remain in the same condition you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—along with your proof of purchase.
Refund Processing After we receive and review your returned item, we will update you on the status of your refund. If approved, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or financial institution may require additional time to finalize the transaction.
